THE DUDE

These terms describe The Dude services supplied by Burak Şahin, contact support@burak.me. The Dude is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell or grant rights to channels, streams, films, series or IPTV subscriptions. You must provide your own authorised sources and comply with copyright and applicable law. A paid app plan buys software features only.
For App Store downloads, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app licence: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms describe our features and services and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights. Third-party open-source components retain their own licences.
Free offers basic playback with one playlist and one profile, provider artwork, themes, language selection and parental category controls. Plus monthly and annual plans provide advanced player features, multiple playlists and profiles, iCloud and automatic playlist refresh, and active Discover/TMDB collections, ratings, artwork and title information. Player Lifetime provides the included player features permanently for the lifetime of The Dude Player product, without recurring billing; it does not include Discover, active TMDB services or a promise of future online services. Supported devices and features are those available in the version you buy. Future operating-system compatibility is not guaranteed.
Monthly and annual Plus plans are auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. Apple charges the displayed amount and period to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled before renewal, they renew for the same billing period at the applicable disclosed price. You can manage or cancel through Apple account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and retains access through the paid period, subject to lawful refunds or revocations. Lifetime is a single non-consumable purchase. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel a separate Plus subscription. Prices, currency, taxes and any offers are shown by Apple before you confirm; no free trial is promised unless expressly offered there.
Restore purchases with the same Apple Account in a compatible app build. Apple handles App Store payments and refund requests; use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple Support. Refunds and revocations may remove the corresponding entitlement. Nothing here excludes statutory refund, withdrawal, warranty or other consumer rights.
Stream access, account expiry, content quality and provider support depend on your provider. Automatic playlist refresh updates catalogue data while the app is running when due; it does not renew or pay for your IPTV subscription. iCloud and TMDB are third-party services and may be unavailable or change. Cross-device features depend on compatible released app versions and the relevant Apple account.
Do not use the app to infringe rights or harm other users or services. Do not misrepresent the app as a content subscription. We aim to keep the app reliable but cannot guarantee every stream, codec, provider or network. Limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law; liability and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

If we materially change a purchased service or these terms, we will provide appropriate notice and respect applicable consumer protections. You may stop using the app at any time; manage any recurring subscription separately with Apple.
